The inquiry form asks for your name, organization, email address and message. We use this information to understand your request and respond. Please do not send credentials, patient records or other sensitive project data through the form.
Formspree processes your submission and delivers the inquiry to Lotus. Direct email and telephone are available if you prefer them.

Use and retention
We use inquiry information for the conversation and related business records. We do not sell inquiry information. If you want to ask about access, correction or deletion, contact Lotus. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit what we can delete.
External demonstrations
Linked software demonstrations have their own behavior and data handling. Use fictional data when exploring them. A demonstration interface is not a secure channel for sensitive information.
